The Freedah Method
There was a time when she forgot her rhythm.
When the mirror showed her a stranger.
When the weight of the world settled into her shoulders and hips and breath.
So she began to move.
Not to perform —
but to remember.
Step by step, she returned to herself.
Through roots, through ritual, through release.
That journey became a method.
Not a formula, but a flow —
a sacred unfolding of body, soul, and joy.
Welcome to The Freedah Method.
Your body has something to say.
It’s time to listen.
The Freedah Method is a 7-week guided journey that blends movement, ancestral rhythm, chakra healing, and creative self-expression to help you reconnect with your body, release stored emotions, and awaken your inner joy.
Created by Afro-Brazilian dancer and artist Leticia Brasil, it is rooted in ritual, nature, and the feminine wisdom of the body. Each session is designed to guide you through a powerful theme using dance, breath, storytelling, and music — no dance experience required, just a willingness to move and feel.
It’s a return to the parts of you that have been silenced, shamed, or forgotten.
It’s a celebration.
It’s a reclamation.
It’s your rhythm — remembered.
This journey is for soulful beings who are:
- Craving joy, embodiment, and creative release
- Feeling disconnected from their body or stuck in survival mode
- Seeking a safe space for expression, softness, and sensuality
- Ready to transform pain into power — through movement, not words
- Artists of life, even if they’ve forgotten how to dance
Whether you’re a beginner or a lifelong mover, this is a space to return to yourself — gently, fiercely, fully.
